Terms & Conditions for workshops at Tantra Mandala, Hamburg:

Half of the fee is payable on registration, and the other half must be brought to the workshop in cash or be transferred at least a week before the beginning of the workshop.

If you cancel less than two weeks before the beginning of the workshop or fail to attend, you will be liable to pay the whole fee.

If you cancel more than two weeks before the workshop begins, the cancellation fee is equal to the down payment.

The early registration discount only applies when booking and paying the full fee at least 8 weeks in advance.

If you send a partial amount instead of the full fee, you will not be entitled to the early registration price and the normal fee will apply even if you send the remainder before the workshop begins.

Cancelling a workshop with early registration price at least two weeks before the beginning of the workshop entitles you to attand an alternative workshop of same length of your choice within three months. We do not refund down payments for workshops with early registration discount.

There are no single or double rooms. Accommodation is in one large group dormitory, which has the advantage that the group is not split up every evening into small groups or individuals, allowing the group dynamics to continue in a natural way (a luxury that is impossible in hotel rooms).

Your stay on the premises and the participation is at your own risk. Tantra Mandala / Heiko Hartung / Swaha Nadi do not assume any responsibility for clothes, valuables or any other items brought with you. Participants are responsible for any damage they may cause.

All participants agree to be without time. All means of measuring time and communicating are to be handed over for the duration of the workshop, to allow for freeness from time.

If there are insufficient registrations for the workshop, it will be cancelled. You can choose to apply your down payment to a different workshop or request a refund.

For a successful group process, the continued attendance of all participants is necessary. There are no exceptions.

The participants assume full responsibility for their actions as well as their own health within and outside the group process. Any infectious diseases need to be declared to the workshop teacher well before the beginning of the workshop.

An excessive consumption of alcohol is not permitted.

The workshops require a normal physical and psychological effort. This is no therapy and it cannot replace any.

Repeated violation of the workshop rules will result in exclusion without refund.
